Customer communication

Keep moving-day updates close to the order.

Send supported moving-job updates through your configured company SMS connection, with provider feedback and order context instead of disconnected personal texting.

Availability & setup. Outbound order messaging requires a configured provider, valid sender number and permitted recipient. The expanded two-way communications workspace is in preview.

Built around moving-company work

What your team can do

Company SMS setup

Configure the company’s Telnyx sender and verify the connection with a controlled test before relying on it for customer communication.

Order-based updates

Use the existing order ETA messaging workflow and templates to communicate relevant moving-day information.

Clear provider feedback

Distinguish an accepted send from proof that the message arrived. Configuration and provider errors should remain visible for correction.

A foundation for broader communications

The separate communications preview extends provider verification and staff access controls. It is not a claim that every inbound conversation or notification workflow is live.

Before you start

Clear expectations. Fewer surprises.

  • Sender registration, provider charges, consent and messaging restrictions still apply.
  • Two-way inbox processing and broader communications features must be confirmed separately; outbound SMS does not imply a complete shared inbox.

Your questions, answered

SMS Integration questions

Does accepted mean delivered?

No. Provider acceptance means the send was accepted for processing; it is not proof of delivery to the phone.

Is a shared two-way SMS inbox included here?

The released outbound messaging flow and the expanded communications preview are distinct. Confirm current two-way availability before planning your workflow around it.
